What is ‘Slidetober’? Well what started as an event to help us here at the Temple blow off some steam has evolved with time and manifested into what it is today, an internationally renown 3 day long grass roots festival that encompasses moto, surfing, art, film and music, which attracts both motorcycle riders and surfers from all over the globe.
Following last year’s success, we are continuing with the triple-barreled format. Three days of play. We hit the low tide sand flats for a Beach Track race Friday then on Saturday we cool off with a one of a kind Surf competition. Then on Sunday we wrap it all up with a fun filled day of races at our private Motocross track and then back to the Temple for an awards ceremony and a party into the early hours.
