Deus Cafe Berlin

Landsberger Allee 270, 10367 Berlin, Germany |

Deus Ex Machina welcomes the Fountain of Eternal Effervescence to the Deus Flagship family – our new home in Berlin, Germany. At a mere 10-minute ride from the pulsing city centre lies the most exciting new addition to
the Deus lifestyle. Not too far from the centre, but enough to be away from the chaos of everyday life, the place is located on the historic site of the Berlin Waterworks, a 130-year-old compound that is still providing one million Berliners with fresh water until today. In the surroundings, historic machine houses and grassed areas frames and divides the Deus temple from the boredom of the city.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the Deus Store which is a synthesis of the life we love: the new and classic Deus collections, the motorbikes, bikes and surfboards.
On the upper floor, international comfort food with that special Deus taste is served in the restaurant, curated by the co-founder and awarded chef Robert Havemann. Drinks and spirits come from the cocktail bar’s selection, an offshore of Germany best mixologist bar “Velvet” – local essences and seasonal products are at the root of every recipe.

Events, concerts, and parties are in the program under the stars in the outside space – a garden where we can only find a new and different way to have fun together. Inside the temple, the first indoor wave pool “Wellenwerk” hosts a stationary surf wave that opened its doors in late 2019, enabling the landlocked Berliners to surf every single day. The different areas host a bunch of art pieces, motorbikes, and a vibe that is second to none in the city. All in all, the location is the perfect place to gather with friends and family and spend a full
holiday while not having to leave the city.

We host a plethora of events over the weekend, so check the program of the day on our channels to know the exact opening times of our bar.

On the edge of Harajuku, a bold new sign has risen - The Residence of Impermanence - in Harajuku, Tokyo, is back. Art, surfboards, motorcycles, apparel, café, music - a place where all kinds of enthusiasms collide. Step inside to the Deus Café - a breezy open ceiling space, serving all-day breakfast and the perfect energy for every moment. We're not ones to argue with that. Climb the spiral staircase to surfboards quietly lined against a softly lit backdrop.

Shaped exclusively for the Residence by Takuya “Tappy” Yoshikawa, Tetsuya Ogawa, and Jared Mell, each board is one of a kind. Sofas once beloved at the former Harajuku store — crafted by TRUCK Furniture and Stephen Kenn — have been reupholstered and brought to life for their next chapter. They’ll take on new character with time — just like this place. We invite you to settle in and enjoy the flow.

Same name. New form. The spirit remains, just slightly rearranged. Come in, stay awhile. Find us at 2-32-5 Jingumae, Shibuya-Ku, BPR Square Jingumae 1-1F & 2F Tokyo.
